The staff upgraded our room upon learning that my mother required a wheelchair in the airport. The room was perfect, on the first floor. They provided the silverware and kitchen tools for us, provided us extra towels for her use on the shower floor, and went above and beyond what we'd expected. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
Desmond the night associate was so polite so helpful and so willing to go above and beyond. Great guy great experience The hotel top notch and it looks like they truly care for keeping the room clean I highly recommend this location and I highly recommend that they give a raise to Desmond.
A great place to stay. Staff is always nice and rooms are always clean. Mrs. Lina does a great job and it really shows in how her staff takes pride in all they do.
I wouldn't stay here for work unless it is ok to smell like smoke. I accidentally stayed a second time, better smelling room this time. The "healthy breakfast" consist of 2 types granola bars, regular coffee and 2 packs types of grits and oatmeal, packaged hard boiled eggs. The reception is very nice so I gave them a 4 out of 5.
My stay at the Extended Stay America Premier Suites Tampa Brandon Riverview was exceptional from start to finish. The front desk team made check-in seamless, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bedding. Housekeeping consistently went above and beyond. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and proactive. This is hospitality done right, and I would absolutely return. Highly recommended.

Decent location with lots of restaurants to choose from. Free breakfast, laundry on site, ice machine as well. No complaints whatsoever
The service was absolutely amazing! From Ms Lina at check in on the day we walked without a reservation, the service was fantastic! The staff was pleasant and friendly! We had a water leak in our room and were moved immediately to another room same day with the help of Ms Daphnee! We are so thankful and grateful for this extend stay family for being so welcoming!
